First when you click it make sure you type in the four letters then hit the "Download File" button. Next, you will have to wait 45 seconds for the download. More Help for in-game :

If you don't want to be a level 3 anymore just simply type ::pure while in-game. By doing this it will boost your stats to, 99 attack, 99 strenght, 99 hitpoints, 99 magic, and 99 range!
For more commands and cool things you can do in-game just simply type ::commands.
